The First Step

An inspection of your home or property is often the first step in providing a solution to your wildlife issue. An inspection focused on identifying wildlife concerns will tell us a lot about your individual situation and help us resolve the issue.

Our technicians are trained to look for specific areas of weakness and signs of animal presence that may go unseen by other professionals looking at your home or building. The exterior, attic space, crawl space, fireplace and any other areas of concern will be studied for signs of nuisance animal incursion.

Pictures and measurements may be taken during the inspection process. Our technicians may even need to bring out a ladder to more closely inspect a roof-line or soffit. All of this gathered information will let us put together a personalized plan of action to address your wildlife concerns.

Your fully customized, individual quote will be sent to you via text or email--whichever is your preference. This quote will detail the solutions we propose and include pictures of your home and the areas identified. This report and quote will also include pictures of necessary clean-up, animals needing evicted, and damage needing repaired.

Identification

Sometimes it is very clear what animal is causing your problem, other times not so much. Our experienced technicians are well versed in the signs of animal occupation. A thorough inspection will help them narrow down your specific culprit(s)!
